CANCELLATION POLICY

We request no less than 24 hours notice of needing to cancel your appointment. Due to a high demand, we ask that you respect our time as we respect yours, and those who would like to book appointments with us. We understand that life happens, and there are things that are out of our control. If you need to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window, please contact your provider directly or text our business line at 316-305-3393. All appointments that are no-showed will be charged the full 100% of the services that were booked.
